Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@modernlink.store. Please do not send products back without contacting us first. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where and how to return your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized products, gift cards, and items that have been used or damaged after delivery. Please contact us if you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please contact us first. Depending on the circumstances, the fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order after the return has been accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request. Do not return an item to the address shown on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
